LIDD publishes recaps of incidents during or after they happen. It is not an emergency notification service. In an emergency, call 911.

Contributors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their stories and for owning the rights to their photos.
LIDD takes no responsibility for the validity of contributor stories or photos.
Don't post content that identifies victims, shows graphic injuries, interferes with operations, or is false.
LIDD may edit, hide, or remove any story at its discretion.

Ads are placed after review. LIDD may decline or remove any ad. Linked advertiser sites are not controlled by LIDD.

The site is provided "as is." LIDD is not liable for decisions made based on its content.
